High temperature rotary kiln
Application
High temperature rotary furnace is used for:

1. Synthesis, purification, calcination, deep carbonization, and graphitization of new materials (high-temperature coating of negative electrode materials, carbonization of hard carbon, chlorination purification of negative electrode materials, graphitization, and calcination purification of carbon nanotubes).
2. Synthesis, phase transformation, and purification of ceramic materials (synthesis of aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, vanadium nitride, phase transformation of alumina powder).
3. Reduction (hydrogen/carbon/carbon monoxide), roasting, and calcination (ilmenite, vanadium titanium magnetite, rare earth ore) of non-ferrous metals, metal compounds, and other powder raw materials.
4. The sulfurization of cerium sulfide red, the preparation of titanium chloride white, and so on.

The equipment can operate under micro positive or negative pressure conditions, without the need for boats, and can achieve continuous production of materials. The equipment can be supplied with gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, hydrogen chloride, chlorine, and methane.
