The use of Fourier transform lens+filter lens dual lens technology ensures the measurement accuracy of the instrument. The high-density array probe and full range seamless connection test method ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. The unique wet circulation and dispersion system adopts the pipeline residue free design to ensure that there is no particle deposition during particle testing and no waste liquid accumulation after testing drainage, which not only proves the accuracy of testing different samples, but also ensures the accuracy of the second test, making the test results more authentic and reliable. Technical Explanation

The laser intelligent management system instrument uses the internationally advanced laser intelligent management system to monitor the working state of the instrument in real time. After the sample test, the intelligent management system will automatically turn off the laser, and the laser will basically not decay. In theory, the particle size analyzer can be used for life without changing the laser.
In the full intelligent operation mode, click the operation SOP (editable) to automatically complete all functions such as water inlet, exhaust bubble, background collection, sample dispersion, measurement data collection, saving, cleaning, etc. The operator only needs to put the samples to be tested, and the test results are not affected by human factors.
Misoperation protection function The instrument has the function of no response to misoperation of the instrument, ultrasonic anti dry burning function, and excessive water overflow function.
Some samples with automatic dispersant filling function have strong agglomeration, and some specific dispersants need to be added. Manual filling is more or less impossible to quantify.
