  1. HAMiLab-Vseries Microwave multi-atmosphere Furnace is the 3rd generation of SYNOTHERM standardized high temperature microwave multi-function laboratory system. It applies to all kinds of materials' sintering, burning, firing, compounding, calcining, melting and other heat treatment in the multi-atmosphere (air oxygen, nitrogen, argon, fixed gas and weak reductive atmosphere, etc.). HAMiLab-V is composed of a double-layer, water-cooled, vacuum sealed, stainless steel heating chamber that is attached to vacuum and gas-infiltration systems that provides a highly controlled environment for processing samples.  Metals, technical ceramics, glasses, PM parts, virtually any system that is studied in a laboratory can be processed in the HAMiLab-V to yield end-products of the finest quality.

Features:
- Adopt the industry-grade microwave source to ensure the furnace's long time continuous steady running.
-Microwave output power adjustable freely, no gear limitation, to achieve accurate temperature control curve;
-Set with two gas passages (input and output), atmosphere can be controlled accurately
-Adopt imported high-precision IR thermometer to measure directly the temperature of the sample.
-Be equipped with embedded micro-computer control system, offer manually operation, automatically operation, and constant temperature operation three modes, shifted freely.
-All kinds of original crucibles and insulation structures available for choice, no pollution to materials.
-It can deal with different kinds of materials, with good commonality;
-Set with the corrosion-resistant exhaust passage, exhaust rapidly the gas produced in the heating process.
-Touch screen display and operation, equipped with windows operation system, able to be connected with PC; Capable of set and store many temperature control curves. Store automatically running records, compatible with printer; real time display the temperature control curve, to achieve the dynamic monitor of the heating process;
- Safe and reliable microwave shield design, multi-ply protection from microwave leakage.
