Brief introduction of microwave heating principle
Microwave is a very short wavelength electromagnetic wave, which belongs a electromagnetic wave like radio waves, infrared, visible light and ultraviolet light .Its frequency range from 300MHz to 300kMHz, that is, the wavelength from 1 meter to 1 mm range.
The principle of microwave heating: microwave heating is to use microwave as a kind of energy,using of microwave field to achieve the material's own heating; Under the action of microwave field, material molecules produce polarization, orientation, friction and collision, absorb microwave energy and turn microwave energy into heat energy to raise their own temperature. Microwave heating means that the object heats itself after absorbing microwave, and the heating is carried out from the inside and outside of the object at the same time.
Microwave heating features:
☆ Rapid heating: Microwave energy spreads in the object at approximately the speed of light (3×1010cm/s), and the microwave energy can be converted into the heat energy of the object instantaneously (about 10-9 seconds), without the heat conduction process.
☆ Fast response ability: can quickly start, stop and adjust the output microwave power, simple operation.
☆ Uniform heating: both inside and outside heating, the overall temperature of the object is uniform.
☆ Selective heating: The medium loss is larger, the absorption of microwave energy is more, the temperature rises higher, and the heating is faster; Vice versa.
☆ High heating efficiency: Because the heated object absorbs microwave heating itself, there is no heat conduction process, no heating environment, almost no heat loss.
☆ Simple to use and operate, hardly affect the ambient temperature, improve working conditions.

The microwave seed sterilizer is composed of tunnel heating chamber, microwave source, microwave suppressor, transmission system, frame and shield, dehumidification system, water circulation system (pool, pump, cooling tower and external waterway by user) and control system.

3. Heating chamber
Material: 304 stainless steel, thickness; 2mm;
3.1 Microwave full shielding structure, ensure microwave leakage < 2mW/cm2, far better than the national standard;
3.2 The microwave feed inlet is arranged according to the sterilization process curve to ensure sterilization efficiency and avoid overtemperature of materials;
3.3 The access door is equipped with a safety interlock switch, which can quickly and automatically cut off the microwave power supply in case of negligent operation to prevent excessive microwave leakage;
3.4 Unique cavity structure design to ensure microwave uniform and reasonable distribution;
3.5 The chamber is equipped with a lighting device to facilitate observation and maintenance;
3.6 Cameras are installed at both ends of the device and in the chamber, and displays are installed on the control cabinet to observe the material heating conditions in the fabric, discharge and chamber;
3.7 Polygonal structure is adopted at the top to increase space for maintenance while increasing strength to prevent cavity deformation;
3.8 The first and last section of the cavity is equipped with a microwave field intensity detection mechanism, which can effectively prevent the equipment from being unloaded by controlling the size of the microwave field intensity in the cavity.
