HY-100 (B) type powder density tester
Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit
volume of powder. Due to the presence of voids (or pores) between
or within particles in the powder, the density of the powder is
usually lower than the true density of the corresponding substance.
The compacted density refers to the density of the powder contained
in the container after being compacted under specified conditions.
HY-100 (B) type powder density tester is a powder density testing
instrument independently developed and manufactured in
accordance with the national standard GB/T
5162-2021/ISO3953-1993 (Determination of compacted density) and
with reference to the USP. It has independent intellectual property rights. The instrument
covers various indicators in the national standard GB/T 5162-2021/ISO3953-1993.
The HY-100 (B) powder density tester consists of adjustable speed motors, vibration
components, microcomputers, and micro printers. It can set its own amplitude and vibration
frequency, and the vibration components rotate at small angles during the vibration process to
ensure material uniformity. It also automatically calculates and prints test results, and can test
two samples at the same time.
1. Sample weight: ≤ 500.00 grams;
2. Sample volume: ≤ 100.00 milliliters;
3. Single vibration frequency: 0-99999 times (when set to 0 times, the result output is "loose
density");
4. Counting method: photoelectric induction;
5. Motor allowable torque: 0.86 N.m;
6. Result output: Equipped with printing function;
7. Vibration frequency: 0-300 rpm (continuously adjustable);
8. Vibration amplitude: up to 15mm, adjustable in integers of 1-15mm;
9. Repeatability error: ≤ 1%;
10. Accuracy error: ≤ 1%;
11. Input power supply: AC 220V (50Hz/60Hz), 40W.
